We, including directors, partners, employees and other third parties associated with running this website are not liable to the maximum extent permitted by law to you or anyone else for any loss of income, profit, contracts, goodwill or financial loss or damage without limitation suffered as a result of negligence or otherwise arising in connection with the use of this website or the products sold in it. Patricia's Classic Interiors cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to data you have provided during access to the site or ordering from the site.
Patricia's Classic Interiors attempt to display and offer products as accurately as possible to the item shown. All materials, styles, colours and fittings are represented as best we can. Patrica's Classic Interiors cannot guarantee that actual products displayed on the website will exactly match. Some of the products we offer are handmade products that are unique and exclusive. In some cases this will mean that products may come with minor variations from the image you see. Please take this information into consideration before making your purchase.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided All monies will be refunded using the method received.
Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for paying these additional costs upon delivery and are not include in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.
We will happily exchange any item, if the item is returned immediately, unused, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached. An email to notify us of your wish to exchange will need to be received within 24hours of item receipt.. to email@example.com.
The postage cost to return the original item will be at the customers own expense.
Refunds are only made available if an item is deemed faulty at the discretion of Patricia's Classic Interiors.
Refunds are only offered,
- if the item is damaged or faulty (the defect not caused by you).
- do not match the description or sample provided by us
- or do not do what they are supposed to do or what we said they would.
We require notification of the fault via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hours of receipt and the item must be returned within 14 days from the original date of purchase. Please allow 10 business days for your returned item to be processed. We will notify you via email when completed. If your return is deemed faulty, you will be refunded through the original method of payment, minus original shipping charges and duties paid. Patricia's Classic Interiors reserve the right to reject a faulty claim if concluded to not be a manufacturing default. Patricia's Classic Interiors do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect choices, and further warrant that the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
All items are inspected before being dispatched, to ensure you receive a quality product every time. Patricia's Classic Interiors take extra care when packaging your purchase however, we are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.
Patricia's Classic Interiors offer e-newsletters to connect and share information about Patricia's Classic Interiors and the website to interested subscribers. Individuals may cancel their free newsletter subscription by simply selecting ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the received newsletter or email.
